By accessing or using the Osaad Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

The Platform is operated by Osaad ("we", "our", or "us") and provides users with the ability to create, manage, and display professional portfolios.

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

In compliance with Paddle's refund policies, we offer the following:

• Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
• Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle's customer support portal or by contacting us directly at as2627165@gmail.com
• All refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle's terms and conditions

As we use Paddle for payment processing, all transactions are subject to Paddle'sRefund PolicyandTerms of Use.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to your portfolio ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content
• Permission to use your content for platform operation and improvement

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

You may not upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or harmful components
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

The Platform itself, including its code, design, and functionality, is owned by Osaad and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Platform's code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Platform to build a competing service

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Paddle for payment processing
• Supabase for database and authentication
• Vercel for hosting
• GitHub for version control

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Osaad is not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at our discretion
• Remove any content that violates these terms
• Modify or discontinue the Platform at any time

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may retain your content as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OSAAD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Your content will be secure or permanently stored
• The results from using the Platform will meet your expectations

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSAAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Platform

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Osaad and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
